The information on the Site shall not be considered as a binding offer made by the provider of such information, unless otherwise expressly specified in connection with such information. Legally binding transactions with eMailSignature ApS. or any company of its group are always based on a separate agreement. The users of the Site are reminded that the confidentiality of e-mail messages sent via public network cannot be guaranteed. eMailSignature ApS. is not liable to carry out orders or instructions submitted via public e-mail. eMailSignature ApS. is entitled, if requested by the customer, to provide information via e-mail to the e-mail address defined by the customer.

Privacy - Treatment of personal data

eMailSignature ApS. will not pass on to any third person personal data which is provided when you access the Site, except when eMailSignature ApS. is bound to do so by mandatory law or where you have accepted it. Personal data which is provided when you access the Site may be registered by eMailSignature ApS. and can form the basis of market and customer analysis, business follow-up, business, method development, and actions aimed at protecting the intellectual property rights of eMailSignature ApS. Personal data may also, within the framework of the current applicable secrecy provisions, be accessed by another company in the eMailSignature group or by another company with which the group cooperates.

Information provided by a third party

Cancellation policy

eMailSignature ApS. offers trial version of its software so you can evaluate the software prior to purchasing. The purchased license key will activate the software you downloaded - no need to reinstall or change settings. Unlike physical goods, the activation key can be copied. If you would like to cancel your order, it must be done before the activation key is forwarded by email, or we will not be able to recall all copies. Therefore, we do not offer refunds where the activation key has already been forwarded.
